Refund & Cancellation Policy

RoyalPartners curates a strictly limited number of seats per event in Durg–Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. To protect the experience for every confirmed guest, all bookings are Non-Refundable. Please read this policy carefully before completing your payment.
1. Non-Refundable Bookings
• All event passes are Non-Refundable.
• No refund will be issued after a successful booking.
• No partial refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• No cancellation refund will be issued, regardless of notice period.
2. Exceptional Cases
Only the RoyalPartners team may approve refunds or credits in genuinely exceptional cases, at our sole discretion. Such approvals are rare and not guaranteed. Any decision by RoyalPartners on this matter is final and binding.
3. Cancellation by RoyalPartners
In the unlikely event that RoyalPartners cancels an event, we may offer you a credit to attend a future event of equivalent value. This is the only remedy available and is offered at our discretion.
4. Payment Verification
UPI payments are confirmed only after the screenshot you upload is verified against our records. If verification fails, our concierge team will contact you to resolve the issue before your booking is marked as confirmed.
