These Terms govern your access to and participation in RoyalPartners events. By booking a pass or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract. Government ID verification may be required at the venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.

2. Bookings & passes

All bookings are personal and non-transferable. The pass type you purchase determines the events and benefits you can access. Slot confirmation is subject to availability and curator approval.

3. Conduct at events

RoyalPartners is a respectful, inclusive space. Harassment, intoxication, recording other guests without consent, or any unlawful behaviour will result in immediate removal (Non-Refundable) and possible reporting to authorities.

4. No guarantee of outcome

We curate experiences for meaningful connections; we do not promise matches, relationships or any specific outcome from attending an event.

5. Changes & cancellations by us

We may change the venue, date, format or curator of an event. All bookings are Non-Refundable; in the unlikely event of cancellation by RoyalPartners, we may at our discretion offer you a credit for a future event of equivalent value.

6. Liability

You attend events voluntarily and at your own risk. RoyalPartners is not liable for personal disputes between guests or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from event participation.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Durg–Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
